BB Audit Errors + Transporter Tool??

Just transported about 120 users from BES v4.1 to a new server running BES v5.

Since the transfer, I had been getting bombarded with BB Audit Emails.

Here are the errors I receive:

<N/A> | BlackBerry Dispatcher BESSERVER-P (Application Event Log on BESSERVER-P) | 08/02/2010 10:09:00 (AFFF506D) -> {User) Lin} BBR Auth: no opened session, command 0x66b804, Tag=3

<N/A> | BlackBerry Messaging Agent BESSERVER-P Agent 1 (Application Event Log on BESSERVER-P) | 08/02/2010 09:10:41 (AFFF4F4D) -> {user} Unable to save configuration settings or statistics

<N/A> | BlackBerry Messaging Agent BESSERVER-P Agent 1 (Application Event Log on BESSERVER-P) | 08/02/2010 09:10:41 (AFFF4F33) -> {user} GetNewMovedMessages() failed

<N/A> | BlackBerry Messaging Agent BESSERVER-P Agent 1 (Application Event Log on BESSERVER-P) | 08/02/2010 09:10:41 (AFFF503B) -> {user} ERR_NETWORK_PROBLEM(-1556440163) failed:

<N/A> | BlackBerry Messaging Agent BESSERVER-P Agent 1 (Application Event Log on BESSERVER-P) | 08/02/2010 09:10:41 (AFFF5037) -> {user} RescanPIMItems – Failed getting contents table (type=Address Book) (0×80040115)

<N/A> | BlackBerry Messaging Agent BESSERVER-P Agent 1 (Application Event Log on BESSERVER-P) | 08/02/2010 09:10:41 (AFFF4F29) -> {user} MAPIMailbox::RescanPIMItems – GetProps (0×80040115) failed

And many more. Different users every day it seems like. Some time same user.

These errors were not present before the transfer. I thought the transporter tool was supposed to transfer without user interruption. I wanted to avoid having to have every single user wipe their BB and re-activate.

Thanks in Advance

U-key shortcut for next unread mail not working

Help! I have a Bold 9000…

When I have an email open, I used to be able to press the "u" key to skip immediately to view the next unread email…

now all of a sudden, it’s stopped working – rather than automatically opening the next unread email it does nothing, and then when I press the "back" key to return to my inbox, it selects the next unread email, but hasn’t opened it, like it used to do.

If I start from viewing the list of emails and press u, it flicks to the next unread email,as it used to do. It’s just when I press the shortcut from within viewing an email nothing happens.

Unread Emails higher on BB than Outlook

I read through the forums and the only thing I could find was this message (see below) in response to someone who had a similar issue. I can’t get the unread emails on my BB to match the unread in my Outlook.

I am on BES with Outlook 2007. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Is it that in your Outlook inbox you have 10 unread, but on your BlackBerry you have say 12 or 15??

If you have a higher number than what’s displaying within Outlook, then it could be that you have BIS accounts configured on your BlackBerry and those have unread messages, which would be included in the total unread messages on your BlackBerry.
If however, you have a lower number on your BlackBerry than what is being displayed by Outlook, then it could be a synchronization issue and you should check your BES wireless synchronization settings.
