Verizon BlackBerry Tour Pre-OrderYou may have heard that initially, the BlackBerry Tour wasn’t available for pre-order to existing Verizon subscribers.  Well, it looks like after all the fustration that decision caused, Verizon has changed their toon.  Verizon subscribers will soon be able to upgrade or purchase the BlackBerry Tour om the Verizon BlackBerry Tour Pre-Order Site.
